🎯 Raffle Rules – Heritage

Article 1 – Organizer

The raffle is organized by the company Heritage , domiciled at [company address], hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”.

Article 2 – Conditions of participation

The raffle is open to any adult residing in a country served by the site [ www.heritage.com ] .

To participate, you must:

  • Place an order for a minimum amount of €350 (excluding shipping costs)

  • Be among the first 100 eligible customers

  • Place your order between April 6, 2025 and May 6, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

Each compliant order results in the sending of a unique participation code by email.

Article 3 – Triggering the raffle

The raffle will only be activated if 100 eligible orders are registered before May 6, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

If this threshold is not reached, the raffle is canceled and participants will be informed by email.

Article 4 – Prizes to be won

Three winners will be drawn from the 100 participants:

  • 🥇 1st prize : A weekend for 2 people in Marrakech (flights + accommodation included)

  • 🥈 2nd prize : 1 iPhone 16

  • 🥉 3rd prize : 1 voucher worth €300 valid on the entire Heritage site

Article 5 – Reward for non-winners

All participants not drawn will receive a €20 discount voucher , usable on a future order (excluding promotional items, valid for 30 days).

Article 6 – Designation of winners

The draw will take place no later than May 13, 2025 (7 days after the closing date) under the control of the Organizer.
Winners will be contacted by email at the address used when ordering.

Article 7 – Liability

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for incomplete or incorrect contact details or non-receipt of the email.
The lots are nominative , non-exchangeable , and non-refundable .

Article 8 – Acceptance of the regulations

Participation in the raffle implies unreserved acceptance of these rules.
